Because our products are custom-made and printed on demand, each item is produced specifically for your order. For this reason, we do not accept returns or refunds for buyer’s remorse, change of mind, or incorrect size selection.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

We offer a free replacement or a full refund if your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive an incorrect item.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@9966store.com with:

1. Your Order Number
2. Clear photos or videos showing the issue or damage

We will review your request and, if the issue is confirmed, provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Incorrect Address or Undeliverable Packages

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If an order cannot be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we may not be able to offer a refund. If the package is returned to us, please contact us at support@9966store.com so we can review the available options.

Lost Packages

If your order is marked as delivered by the carrier but you cannot locate it, please first check with household members, neighbors, and your local delivery carrier.

If your package is confirmed as lost in transit, please contact us at support@9966store.com so we can review the situation and determine the appropriate resolution.

Order Cancellation

Because our products are made to order, orders may enter production shortly after being placed.

If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at support@9966store.com. We cannot guarantee that a cancellation will be possible once production has started.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the order.

Please allow your payment provider or bank additional processing time for the refund to appear in your account.
