Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with 9966store.com! We are committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Because we operate a custom print-on-demand model, your order goes through two phases: Production (Fulfillment) and Shipping.

1. Production & Processing Time:

All orders are custom-printed and processed within 2 to 4 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

2. Estimated Shipping Times:

Once your order is fulfilled and handed over to our shipping carriers, the estimated delivery times are as follows:

• United States: 4 to 7 business days.

• South Korea: 5 to 9 business days.

• Rest of the World: 7 to 14 business days.

3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

9966Store is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). For our customers in South Korea, please ensure you provide a valid Personal Customs Clearance Code (PCCC) if requested during checkout or carrier delivery to avoid shipment delays.

4. Tracking Information:

Once your order ships, you will automatically receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).
